Senior Accountant Responsibilities
• Prepare, compile, analyze, and report financial data to support reporting manager.
• Create financial reports such as account details, cash flow statements, and cash flow forecasts.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy of general ledger accounts.
• Conduct account reconciliations, especially for sales, accounts receivable, inventory, and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with statutory reporting, tax compliance, and external audits.
• Support process improvement and strengthen internal controls to align with both corporate and local accounting standards.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle AP process, including vendor invoice processing using AP and PO vouchers.
• Prepare and execute vendor and employee payments accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update the vendor invoice log and ensure proper filing and documentation.
• Review and optimize AP processes; develop and maintain process documentation.
• Act as a liaison with vendors and internal departments in a professional and collaborative manner.

• Degree or above in accounting or related field preferred
• Above 4 years of related experience required.
• Must be knowledgeable of company’s and local accounting standards.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial processes
• Business-level English communication skills required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills especially in Excel
• Strong ethics with an ability to manage confidential data
• Douzone & D365 experience preferred
• Retail background preferred
