 Develop, execute and propose Strategic Annual Business Plan by cooperation with Sales Team & Marketing Team
 Analysis of Market trend and Monitoring competitor performance
 Manage proper level of inventory in core key products to maximize sell-through and minimize inventory investment
 Participates in the consensus meeting to draw a demand forecast by common consent
 Introduces new season collections and informs employees of product strategies and sales points at conventions.
 Develop analysis reports regular basis regarding to sales trends, category analysis, area trends
 Strong involve with sales team for product assortment planning for POS
 Communication contact point with region & global MD team
 Local Design (or SMU) development and management by season

 At least 8 years of relevant experience in Merchandiser
 Strong at planning and managing resources
 Excellent interpersonal skills
 Fluent in English
 Excellent MS Office skill (Excel, Powerpoint)
 Proactive and open minded
