[ Job Summary & Purpose]
The incumbent is responsible for planning, procuring and tracking all test devices required for Infotainment Testing inKorea. This role involves defining and aligning the local test strategy with global standards, coordinating testing activities,and managing test device maintenance. He/ she also oversees the provision of golden car information to the localmaintenance team and organizes local test drive activities.

[담당업무]
1. Test DeviceManagement
- Plan, order, and track all necessary test resources (e.g., vehicles, test benches, components, tools).
- Escalate missing test equipment, delays when necessary and take appropriate countermeasures.
- Participate in global test manager meetings and represent Korean market needs
2. Test Management
- Develop and implement the Korean test strategy in alignment with global test framework.
- Coordinate the Korean test activities. Identify and apply countermeasures for deviations, escalatingissues when necessary.
- Create regular report of test activities.
- Participate and represent Korean test team in global test management meetings.
3. Test DriveCoordination
- Organize local test drive activities.
- Compile detailed reports on results and findings.
4. Local Expertise
- Track local market trends and competitor testing activities, reporting insights to global projectmanagers.
- Propose improvements based on market surveys and field issue analysis to enhance testingprocesses and product quality.
경력 및 자격요건
[자격요건]
- 자동차 업계(제조사/수입사/부품사 등) 티어 1급 회사의 개발/테스트 매니징 관련 7년~12년 경력
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required
- Min. of 7 years’ experience in development test management, preferably within the automotive or electronics industry is required
- Proficiency in both English and Korean (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of test management methodologies and development processes is required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset are required
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and solution-oriented approach working behavior is preferred
