 Coordinate seasonal visual orders and oversee the installation of indoor and outdoor banners across stores
 Manage POSM inventory and logistics, coordinating with the Sales team and submitting required documents to the CS team to ensure stock availability within timelines
 Provide on-site support for the execution of marketing team activities
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
 Monitor and analyze competitors’ trends and visibility initiatives, preparing detailed reports for the marketing team
 Prepare monthly reports (Visibility Reports, Newsletters, Competitor Analysis, Completion Reports) and handle payment requests
 Arrange and coordinate visit from APAC/HQ and overseas guests, managing agenda to ensure seamless coordination
 Plan, review and produce GWP and Gift production in line with brand guidelines
 Support Key event and training
 Translate marketing materials

 Bachelor’s degree
 0 - 3 years of experience in trade marketing preferably but not necessarily in cosmetics/ fashion/ luxury industry
 Photoshop and InDesign or similar tools is a plus
 Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
 Good Microsoft office especially, Excel and PowerPoint
 Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, internal and external
 Proactive and enjoy working as a team
 Fluent in English
