 Setting–up production schedule for each item(especially woven item) by each season and by sub-contractors and reporting to Team Leader
 Managing local production and delivery for on-time inbound to warehouse
 Cost negotiation with suppliers in accordance with budget
 Quality control during participation in fitting session
 Coordination whole production process in cooperation with MD & Designers
 Proceeding export business process occasionally in accordance with the export process
 Implementation of Factory Technical Audit

 At least 5 years of relevant experience
 Strong product management experience in apparel (eg. Quality control, Production control, etc)
 Strong understanding of local sourcing industries
 Good communication skill
 Good English skill is preferred
 Good computer skill (MS Office)
