• Management store in Department store and Initiative plan to increase sales.
• Analyze sales figures and Forecasting sales weekly and monthly base.
• Motivate store manager and hiring new store manager
• Retail Activities & Operation including store inventory.
• Store operation support and maintain best condition of store according to guide
• Negotiate with landlords for improving store environment and maximizing sales.
• Monitoring competitor’s promotion & sales trend including product
• Support to set up business plan on new and existing projects.

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales in fashion industry
• Must have Department store sales experience.
• Good communication skills And Analysis ability.
• High OA (Excel, PPT) skill and English is prefered.
• Results oriented, Proactive
• Team spirit and collaboration
