• 15+ years of experience in cosmetic brand or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and team management skills.
• Expertise in cosmetic trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working with global brands or multimarket operations is a plus.
• Fluent Korean/English in speaking and writing
