• Develop and implement celebrity engagement strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Identify and evaluate potential celebrity partnerships and ambassadorships
• Negotiate and manage talent contracts, appearances, and deliverables
• Coordinate celebrity participation in brand campaigns, events, and photo shoots
• Maintain strong relationships with talent agencies, publicists, and management teams
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and brand guidelines
• Handle crisis management related to talent partnerships
• Provide insights on pop culture, entertainment, and talent trends to guide brand storytelling opportunities
• Develop post-campaign evaluation reports including EMV, reach, and qualitative brand impact

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in talent management, entertainment industry, or related field
• Proven track record of successful celebrity partnerships and campaigns
• Strong network within the entertainment industry, stylists and press
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Fluent English skill in both spoken and written
• Experience with contract management • Strong project management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in luxury fashion or lifestyle brands
• Knowledge of social media and influencer marketing landscape
• Understanding of global entertainment markets
• Experience with event planning and production
