Key Responsibilities:
- To provide technical expertise and recommendations to flight crew for aircraft during flight as well as technical assistance and instructions to Technical Handling Agents (THA) in rectifying defects
- Work with THAs in managing the flight, flight delays and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations
- Troubleshoot defects encountered
- Ensure that all Technical Documents (both paper and electronic version) are up to date
- Monitoring of planned work and unplanned rectification work being done on night-stopped or stayover aircraft
- Generate reports on all technical delays and aircraft ground incidents

Requirements:
The candidate should have:
- Singapore Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) or Eligible foreign AML (CASA. CAAC, CAANZ, HKCAD, Member States of European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), UK CAA, FAA, TCCA and JCAB) that can be converted in accordance with CAAS (Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore) requirements. - Must be prepared to work extended hours to resolve technical and operational problems
- Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skill in English
- Preferably, the candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in the maintenance field
- Must exhibit excellent interpersonal skills as the job requires interaction with various user departments
- Must have excellent planning and organization skills and be able to work independently
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- This position requires working on shift, 24/7
- Good IT skills
