1. OTB and BUYING
• Support all aspects of buying; OTB plan support to the Planning team, sales trend analysis, and size analysis
• In charge of style selection and order entry in HQ system (incl. window orders)
• Take a vital role in the special project and the gifting item purchase planned by HQ

2. REPORTING
• Preparation of regular sales analysis report on a necessary basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Preparation of the Monthly sales report for various internal meetings
• Other necessary reporting due to fit the occasion

3. MERCHANDISE MANAGEMENT
• Liaise with VM and store managers to decide product and season mix of merchandise based on theme and store profile
• In charge of product preparation of the window and mannequin look
• Supervise stock level, sales performance, and merchandise distribution to coordinate reordering on time to maximize sales with the planning team
• Liaise with Retail and Marketing/PR team for the merchandise planning of special events and PR activities

4. TRAINING
• In charge of New Seasonal product and any product-related training to front-line staff

• Minimum 3 years of Merchandising experience, luxury retail preferred in RTW
• Ability to think outside the box when analyzing the business
• Possesses strategic agility
• Ability to react quickly to changing demands of business
• Excellent organizational skills and drive for results
• Ability to read numbers and sensitivity to the product
• Advanced Excel and PPT skills preferred
• Ability for frequent travel
• Fluent English; knowledge of another foreign language is preferred
