1. Digital Project Implementation
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support project management and digital technology initiatives.
• Assist in developing project plans that outline deliverables, timelines, and resource needs, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
• Plan budget requirements and secure approvals in time to implement the digitalization projects as planned.
• Facilitate regular status meetings to review project progress, identify challenges, and keep documentation organized and accessible.
• Take meeting notes and maintain documentation to ensure alignment and follow-up actions.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for workshops, reviews, and strategic discussions.
2. Processes and Governance
• Review and document operational workflows to support process improvement.
• Assist in compliance and governance checks to ensure adherence to internal policies.
• Support coordination of process-related workshops, audits, and review meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify day-to-day issues and help implement practical solutions.
3. Data Management and Analysis
• Regularly collect, clean, and upload required data.
• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support the development and updating of dashboards and reports using tools such as Quick Sight, PowerBI.
• Handle ad-hoc data requests and perform basic analysis to support decision-making.
• Prepare periodic data summaries highlighting key figures for business stakeholders.
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree is required (major in Business, Marketing, Digital, IT or related fields preferred)
- Min. 3 years’ total work experience is required
- Min. 3 years’ experience in Digital, Customer Experience or data analytics project is preferred
- Min. 3 years’ Project Management experience is preferred
- Min. 1 year’s experience in automotive industry is preferred
- Proficient in English and Korean
