Communications

• Liaison with internal and external parties on media assets preparation and delivery.
• Maintain PR library and media database, liaison with PR agencies.
• Coordinate with retail teams to ensure the smooth execution of sample/product loans.
• Prepare various PR and communications reports.


Marketing

• Liaison with retail team for possible in-mall visibilities, collaborations and promotions.
• Participate in in-store and offsite marketing initiatives development and execution: VIP events, workshop animations.
• Translate the contents of the website at the request of HQ.


Admin

• Track invoice and payments records.
• Conduct market research and compilation of monthly and annual reports.

• 관련 경력 1~3년(marketing, PR 등)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design or business with interests in Luxury/Fashion industry.
• Relevant experience in luxury retail or marketing is a plus.
• Motivated and organized with attention to details, comfortable with multi-tasking and fast-pacing environment.
• Proactive and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
