•Boutique Operations and Compliance Management
-Monitor all group and brand guidelines maintained by boutiques coordinating with
Security Teams
-Maintain the group's high standards of boutique operations, client service level, and boutique maintenance
-Manage vendors, orders, and invoices within budget & respect of purchasing process in local
-Stock loss follow-ups such as incident reports and stock adjustment
•Lead Retail Transformation Projects
•Support Boutique Projects
•Lead Global Projects
•People Management

•Min.12+ years of experience in retail operation management, retail management, preferably in the luxury sector
•Excellent analytical skills and understanding of retail productivity levels
•Business English language skills are necessary
•Possesses strong meticulous and detailed follow-up skills
•Open minded and Teamwork oriented mindset
•Excellent interpersonal skills to handle both internal, transversal, and external stakeholders
•SAP preferred, Excel and PPT skill is must
