Main Objective:
The E-Commerce Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in accelerating the Brand’s online business across all categories. This role requires a highly analytical, client-centric, and digitally savvy professional who can seamlessly translate insights into strategy. By combining strong e-merchandising fundamentals with cross-functional leadership, the E-Commerce Assistant Manager will drive sustainable sales growth, elevate the online client experience, and ensure flawless execution within the Brand’s e-boutique ecosystem.
- University degree with a minimum 5-7 years of experience in luxury e-commerce, digital merchandising, or marketing.
- Fluent in both Korean & English
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in digital performance marketing (media optimization, traffic acquisition, analytics) is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics and commerce platforms such as Looker, Google Analytics 4, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and SAP is highly valued.
