•Act as local Digital executive to support the group’s Digital projects and initiatives.
•Monitor best practices of eCom/ CRC (Client Relations Centre) / Omnichannel retail in KR market, especially leveraging the KR specific digital ecosystem of Naver & Kakao.
•Find opportunities for new marketing tactics, technologies, site-conversion functionality and improved user experience.
•Support between Korean and English translation on internal and external documentations.
•Consolidate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly CRC & e-Com sales report.
•Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and recommend action to ensure we build and maintain a leadership position in eCommerce/ Digital
•Support Digital operation related tasks.

•Bachelor's degree
•Require 3+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce/Digital/Data
•Native Korean speaking/ Proficient verbal and written English skills
•Computer proficiency at MS Word/Powerpoint/Excel and SAP is a plus
•Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
•Passion for data-driven decision-making
•Positive attitude, team player, open-minded, flexible
