Marketplace & Trade Area Analysis
• Analyze demographics, foot traffic, commercial district trends, and overall market dynamics.
• Conduct competitor trade area and sales performance analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Evaluate the impact of store openings, closures, relocations, and cannibalization risks.
• Monitor marketplace trends and identify new store opportunities to drive business growth.
• Prepare and deliver regular market analysis reports, summarizing key insights, risks, and opportunities for internal stakeholders and leadership.
Retail Network Development
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop business cases for new store opportunities.
• Recommend optimal store formats and support annual network expansion planning.
• Provide data-backed recommendations for store openings, relocations, and closures.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Real Estate, Retail Ops, Finance, and Partner Management teams.
• Present findings, scenarios, and recommendations to leadership.
Team Leadership
• Lead and develop a team member through structured coaching and guidance.
• Enhance the team’s analytical and execution capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative, data-driven, high-performance team environment.
경력 및 자격요건
• 10+ years of experience in Marketplace development, sales, and planning.
• Retail industry experience required, preferably Sports.
• Strong analytical skills, including competitor trade area & sales analysis.
• Basic business-level English.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; GIS experience is a plus.
