• Partner with regional teams to define assortment strategies that align with global brand positioning while catering to local market nuances.
Advanced In-Season Management:
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to manage inventory flows, reduce stockouts, and optimize sell-through rates.
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis to guide real-time trading decisions and seize emerging market opportunities.
• Lead high-level planning for promotional activities and stock balancing, including seasonal markdowns and clearance strategies.
Supply Chain and Product Flow Optimization:
• Oversee end-to-end product flow management, including inter-store transfers, warehouse management, and supply chain optimization.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies.
• Implement best practices for seasonal returns, retrimming, and inventory liquidation.
Leadership and Team Development:
• Mentor and develop junior merchandisers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Provide strategic input to senior leadership on market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.

Profile:
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in retail merchandising, with a proven track record in the fashion or luxury sector.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising). Advanced degree is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Advanced analytical skills, including forecasting, data interpretation, and financial modeling.
• Comprehensive understanding of retail operations, supply chain management, and demand planning.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, CBR).
