1. Planning and Analysis
•Support the annual budgeting process and mid-term planning by consolidating inputs and coordinating with each retail channel.
•Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal performance analyses to support business reviews and decision-making.

2.Profitability Management
•Analyze store and individual productivity and support store operations through workforce planning, scheduling, delivery coordination, and team organization aligned with traffic trends.

3. Retail Operations Excellence
•Support the rollout of key retail projects and initiatives to enhance operational excellence across stores and channels.
•Identify operational improvement opportunities and assist in developing and implementing practical solutions.
•Support country-level loss prevention activities and work with store teams to monitor shrinkage targets and follow-up actions.

-5+ years of experience in retail operations, retail excellence, business analysis, sales operations, or other relevant retail support functions.
-Experience in a multinational company or premium/luxury retail environment is preferred.
-Strong understanding of retail planning, store operations, sales KPIs, and operational excellence practices.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong data accuracy and analytical skills are required.
