1. Sales & Performance Management
• Analyze retail KPIs (sales, conversion rates, ATV, UPT, traffic) to identify trends and optimize performance.
• Identify sales opportunities, develop action plans for underperforming locations, and share best practices across boutiques.
• Manage daily/monthly sales and inventory, providing reports and insights.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to product categories, customer demographics.
• Execute sales-boosting initiatives, including promotions, VIP sales, and special campaigns.
3. Customer Experience & Boutique Operations
• Enhance service quality through customer feedback and service check
• Strengthen VIP and loyalty programs to boost retention.
• Ensure boutique operations meet brand and department store standards, including staffing, inventory, and maintenance.
4. Team Management & Operational Efficiency
• Recruit, train, and develop boutique staff to enhance sales performance.
• Oversee boutique operations, including personnel management and compliance with operational standards.
• Schedule and assign employees to optimize store performance and service levels.
Communication & Collaboration
• Act as the key liaison between Headquarters, the Retail Director, and boutique teams.
• Collaborate closely with the Retail team to support the Retail Director in executing business strategies and retail initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between Headquarters and boutiques to drive operational excellence and business performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and initiate corrective actions when needed.
