PO & Import Management
• Issue purchase orders based on sales trends and demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with the Global Supply Chain team to ensure product availability and meet delivery requirements.
• Plan and manage import schedules to ensure timely product availability.
• Support customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with applicable import regulations.
• Coordinate with 3PL/4PL vendors and relevant logistics partners to monitor and track inbound shipments.
• Resolve import and logistics issues to ensure uninterrupted supply and timely delivery.
Customs
• Manage FTA/Certificate of Origin (COO) documentation and apply preferential tariff treatment.
• Handle retroactive duty claims and tax refund/return processes.
• Ensure import compliance with customs regulations and applicable trade laws.
Vendor / Stakeholder Management
• Manage 3PL/4PL service providers' work processes, customer satisfaction, and logistics operations within established corporate guidelines.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service levels and smooth daily operations.
• Ensure customer service activities — order management, delivery coordination, ERP transaction processing, and logistics claims handling — are executed accurately and on time.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues in collaboration with 3PL/4PL vendors to minimize business disruption.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes and vendor performance to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Operational Administration & Strategy
• Perform as a key user in SAP-related projects.
• Support the Manager in developing mid- and long-term logistics strategies to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure 3PL/4PL service providers' compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service level requirements.
• Solid understanding of fashion supply planning, including seasonal demand and inventory management

• At least 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management using the SAP system ; hands-on experience in an SAP implementation (go-live) project is a strong plus.
• Work experience in relevant functional operations.
• Apparel or footwear industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented, conscientious, and hands-on with a proactive attitude.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
