1. Influencer Marketing
manage influencer/KOL campaigns, including selection, content development, seeding and execution.
Coordinate influencer activities and monitor campaign performance and digital buzz.

2. Owned Media Management
Manage brand-owned social channels, including Instagram, X (Twitter) and Kakao Channel.
Develop and manage social media content, including content planning, , visual asset, copywriting, creative coordination and posting.
Monitor channel performance and audience engagement.

3. PR & Publicity Support
Support the PR Manager in executing PR activities, including media relations, press releases, media sampling and events.
Assist with media monitoring, product seeding and PR material management.

4. Digital Advertising
Support digital advertising campaigns, including media mix planning, campaign execution and performance monitoring.
Coordinate the development and production of digital advertising assets and creative materials.
Coordinate with digital media agencies to ensure timely campaign execution.

5. Event & Content Production
Support events, sampling programs, brand collaborations and consumer engagement activities.
Assist with local creative/content production and coordination with agencies and APAC teams.

6. Communication & Agency Support
Assist the PR Manager with communication planning, budget tracking and reporting.
Coordinate with creative, digital and PR agencies to support smooth execution.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Communication or PR, preferably in beauty
- Hands-on experience in digital, social, influencer marketing and agency management.
- Strong communication and project management skills with experience working across regional and global teams.
- Creative, consumer-focused mindset with strong awareness of beauty and market trends.
- Business-level English proficiency.
