In-store VM Execution
 Coordinate and oversee VM installation and execution for new store openings, renovations, and seasonal changes.
 Ensure in-store execution aligns with zoning and merchandising plans developed by the VM Planning Manager.
 Identify on-site constraints and recommend practical solutions to ensure effective implementation.
Agency & Field Coordination
 Manage external VM agencies, including visit schedules, scope of work, and deliverables.
 Coordinate store execution requests and monitor project timelines and quality.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve field issues and ensure timely execution.
Training & Compliance
 Deliver and communicate VM guidelines and execution standards to store teams.
 Monitor VM execution and communicate updates through digital platforms such as YOOBIC.
 Conduct compliance checks and follow up on corrective actions to ensure adherence to Global VM standards.
Performance & Feedback
 Collect and analyze store execution results and recurring field issues.
 Provide field insights and execution feedback to the VM Planning Manager.
 Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and the overall quality of VM execution

 Minimum 10 years of VM planning experience at a brand’s head office (excluding agency-based field VM and store-level VM experience).
 Experience in VM planning and operations for a brand with 150 or more retail stores.
 Professional experience with a global brand that has well-established VM manuals and guidelines.
 Strong capabilities in VM strategy development, store zoning and layout planning, and seasonal merchandising.
 Experience in managing VM Planning and ISC (In-Store Communication) projects.
 Proven ability to oversee VM execution across multiple stores and manage external VM agencies.
 Strong verbal communication skills in English, including participation in global meetings and discussions.
 Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
 Ability to use generative AI tools for visual concept development and simulations.
 Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for planning, presentations, and reporting.
 Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
 Excellent project scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
