- 담당하게 될 업무 내용:

1) Develop healthcare strategy for Korea based on the market opportunities and potential already identified.
2) Build upon relationships already established with certain key opinion leaders within Korea Healthcare, and develop and foster additional professional relationships with key individuals within the healthcare industry to generate new business opportunities.
3) Understand and learn from the Global Healthcare business unit the current segments, markets, business models, offerings and organization, in order to build on and transfer this know-how.
4) Lead all negotiations with third parties in executing the business development leads.
5) Create the appropriate business model adapted to local healthcare conditions and stage of development and put in place the appropriate infrastructure and resources.
6) Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations.
7) Lead execution of strategy in negotiations, proposals, development of offering for private insurance, offering for public insurance.
8) Regularly communicate activities and status of Global Healthcare, Asia business development and local management.
9) Accountable for implementation and managing the Healthcare business in Korea
10) Has to be very good executor, as will be dealing with all the requirements of setting up a new business, creating the new healthcare entity, getting import licenses / any required permits, while also negotiating for business with senior doctors and healthcare professionals - needs a real "can do" attitude.

* 자격요건

- 10+ years experience in the healthcare market segment
- Either worked for a medical device/equipment company or in the hospital segment working with doctors or worked in a service business supplying to the healthcare field
has had accomplished experience in business development, commercial manager and business management.
- Technical degree preferred.
- Good relationship, sound reputation in his/her field, a builder of business, can handle complex business models, English language is a must.
