1.Carry out Finance and Accounting and/or Business Planning and Analysis projects: prepares detail work plans and schedules, completes detailed analysis and research, identifies options, prepares reports for management, and recommends action.

2.Responsible for the generation of monthly financial statements, the collection of monthly, quarterly and annual data for management reporting

3.Oversee daily operation of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger & Cash management functions.

4.Ensures timely, accurate and quality completion of periodic internal control standards (ICS) reviews and related reporting.

5.Supports timely closure of ICS review and audit-related action plans.

6.Conducts LEAR accounting policy/principle-related financial and business studies, as well as emerging issue impact assessments.

7.Performs work that is complex and varied in nature requiring some evaluation, originality, or ingenuity.

8.Responsible for weekly product cost accounting, variance analysis, margin analysis and reconciliations by product line, group, and etc

9.Monitor and maintain full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley

10.Implementation of QAD inventory Costing Project and QAD G/L Project

11.Propose, promote and participate in 6-Sigma-Plus, continuous improvement projects.

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related major
2. US and Korean GAAP – up to 7 years including a multi-national company – good understanding of manufacturing industry processes
3. Knowledge and experience of ERP systems is required (SAP, Oracle, QAD, and etc)
4. Strong background and experience in product costing, budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, business planning (including strategic business plans), and investment analysis.
5. Hands-on experience in MS office
6.Strong understanding of North American business practices and cultural issues.
7.Ability to effectively communicate and interact with plant management team.
8.Highly intelligent, resourceful, and very high personal impact skills, including the ability to work as a team player.
9.Superior energy level, strong worth ethic and the personnel drive to be successful.
10.Has the ability to balance the local needs of the business with the overall global objectives of the HQ finance department.
